This project was born out of a distinctive client brief and an angular corner block. Using carefully-honed bricks that are both aesthetic and structural, the design required a high level of precision as the desired finish surfaces carried through from the exterior to the interior.

Purpose-built for this young family, the home boasts flowing formal and informal living and dining spaces, punctuated by a two-storey courtyard for light and visual connection. Upon entry a double height void gives a feeling of grandness, while an entry console terminates the sightlines.

This row of three and two storey modern waterside terraces was carefullly construction detailed and made construction-ready by our firm. The terraces, purposefully set within generous landscaped gardens, were designed to take in the expansive views, without compromising privacy within the home.
