A landmark location at the gateway of north west Sydney, this development establishes itself as an iconic beacon.
The multi-story commercial development comprises of an activated retail street front, an early education center on the podium, a variety of business and potential hospitality venues on the levels above, and a rooftop terrace across the upper level to enjoy its prime location. Outlooking to city views, districts and the Blue Mountains all in one pinnacle location. The project involves us as the Lead Construction Consultant and Interior Design practice bringing it together. Previously approved by the developer, the project is undergoing a façade engineering design development and a closer look at the timeless details that will landmark this gateway intersection.
