This childcare centre is designed as a collection of single-level pavilions set within landscaped courtyards, creating a calm and welcoming environment that feels more like a small village than a typical childcare building. Strong masonry block walls give the centre a timeless, durable character, while also continuing into selected interior spaces to create warmth and texture.
Large circular roof openings bring sunlight, sky and mature trees into the heart of the play areas, turning the courtyards into memorable spaces for learning and exploration. Timber walkways, gardens and seamless indoor–outdoor connections encourage movement, nature play and easy supervision throughout the centre. The result is a thoughtful early learning environment that is robust, inspiring and deeply connected to its landscape.
